Return PolicyReturns: We stand behind our merchandise, provided proper care and use instructions are followed.
Defective items are replaced at no extra charge within 30 days of shipment. Incorrect shipping or defective merchandise MUST be reported to us within one (1) week.
Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE.
Exchanges must include check for return shipping.
New, unused products may be returned within 15 days of shipment and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Protect yourself by sending packages insured mail or insured UPS.
Procedure for Returns:
- Items being returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Call our Customer Service Dept. with invoice number for Return Authorization.
- Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition. PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED, WORN or LAUNDERED items cannot be returned.
- Send your package along with a copy of the original invoice, via secured
carrier to the Napa store address:

- Any credit issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e. a purchase made with a credit card will be credited to the same card) Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
